The process is simple:

1 - Download and open the PDF.

2 - Print on normal printer paper. (If using Adobe Reader, select "Actual Size" from the "Page Size and Handling" section of the print dialogue.)

3 - Cut (preferably with a paper cutter). A cross in the center of the page highlights the first two needed cuts, and a line at left center signifies the last cut. Fold topper in half, align fold with top of standard sandwich or snack bag, and attach with a staple or clothespin.
