The process is simple!

1 - Download the PDF to your desktop and open in Acrobat Reader, which is a free program most likely already on your computer. (If not, a free copy is available from Adobe: https://get.adobe.com/reader/)

2 - Click in a highlighted area, select the cursive text, and replace it with your own. Do the same for the "all natural" text. To change font attributes, select the text you would like to format and press Ctrl + E, which will bring up a formatting menu. You can change font size, font color, and line spacing. Include or omit font swooshes as desired (a guide for using them is included on the PDF).

3 - Save your file, and you're ready to print on any light-colored paper of your choosing; then, cut! (Be sure to select "Actual Size" from the "Page Size and Handling" section of Reader's print dialogue when printing.)
