The process is simple!
1 - Open downloaded PDF in Acrobat Reader, which is a free program most likely already on your computer. (If not, a free copy is available from Adobe: https://get.adobe.com/reader/)
2 - Click in a highlighted area, delete the existing text, and add your own -- the heading and the body are both editable. (The current text is 50 reasons and was written by my wife for her mother.)
3 - Save the file. Ours was print on 11x17" 60# matte card stock from kinkos and cut to 11x14" (cost was less then $5) or you can get printed as a 11x14" photo.
