The process is simple:

1 - Open downloaded PDF in Acrobat Reader, which is a free program most likely already on your computer. (If not, a free copy is available from Adobe: https://get.adobe.com/reader/)

2 - Click into one of the highlighted areas; delete the existing text and add your own. To change font attributes, select the text you would like to format and press Ctrl + E, which will bring up a formatting menu. Then click on an existing picture, which will prompt you to browse to your photo. (Landscape/horizontal pictures are recommended for this layout.) You can make multiple announcement/invitation variations, if desired.

3 - Save your file, and you're ready for printing. Use 2-on version for printing on full-size white card stock; then, cut! Use 1-on version for printing on 5x7" paper. (You could also bring the saved files to a copy shop if you prefer.) To use the invitation in e-mail, text, or social media, easy instructions are included.


ENVELOPES
Invitations are standard sizes, so matching envelopes can be purchased anywhere envelopes are sold. To add a professional touch to the envelopes (and save your hands some work), use a matching label template for $9:
