The process is simple:

1. Download and save the file to your desktop. Open Acrobat Reader, which is a free program most likely already on your computer (if not, a free copy is available from Adobe: https://get.adobe.com/reader/), and open the file.

2. Click into one of the highlighted areas; delete the existing text and add your own. To change any font properties, select the text you'd like to edit, and press Ctrl + E (or ⌘ + E on Macs), and a formatting menu will appear. To include your photo, click on an existing picture, which will prompt you to browse to a new photo. You can make multiple announcement variations, if desired.

3. Save your file, and you're ready for printing. Use 2-on version for printing on full-size white card stock; then, cut. Use 1-on version for printing on 5x7" paper. (You could also bring the saved files to a copy shop if you prefer.) To use the announcement in e-mail, text, or social media, easy instructions are included.
