The process is simple:

1 - Open downloaded PDF in Acrobat Reader, which is a free program most likely already on your computer. (If not, a free copy is available from Adobe: https://get.adobe.com/reader/)

2 - Click into one of the highlighted areas; delete the existing text and add your own. To change the font, font size, or font color, select the text you would like to format and press Ctrl + E, which will bring up a formatting menu. To change the picture, click on an existing one, which will prompt you to browse to your photo. The fade-to-white effect on the top and bottom of photos will happen automatically. (This layout was designed for uncropped landscape/horizontal pictures.) You can make multiple announcement variations, if desired.

3 - Save your file, and you're ready for printing. Use 2-on version for printing on full-size white card stock; then, cut! Use 1-on version for printing on 5x7" paper. (You could also bring the saved files to a copy shop if you prefer.) To use the announcement in e-mail, text, or social media, easy instructions are included.


ENVELOPES
Invitations are standard sizes, so matching envelopes can be purchased anywhere envelopes are sold. To add a professional touch to the envelopes (and save your hands some work), use a matching label template for $9:
