It was easy to download and update the template, however when I changed the date, the hearts went away in between the numbers and I didn't know how to get them back. I also didn't know if the font could be changed. But I should have reached out to the seller with my questions as he sent me a message when I made the purchase offering to help me & answer any questions I had. I just didn't take advantage of that like I should have. The poster printed out great and I'm happy with how it looks!
