The process is simple:

1. Open downloaded PDF in Acrobat Reader, which is a free program most likely already on your computer. (If not, a free copy is available from Adobe: https://get.adobe.com/reader/)

2. Click into a highlighted text field; delete the existing words and add your own.

3. Click on a picture, which will prompt you to insert your own picture. (This layout was designed for uncropped portrait/vertical photos.) If you would like to change your picture selection, just click on the photo again.

4. Save your file, and you're ready for printing on white card stock. Then cut. You could also bring the saved file to a copy shop if you prefer.
