Here's how the mail merge for the address labels works:
1 - Copy and paste your contacts into the included spreadsheet.
2 - Follow the included step-by-step instructions for refreshing the contacts via mail merge.
3 - Load your printer with your compatible Avery address labels and print.
Here's how the return address label template works:
1 - Enter your return address in the top left label - stay within the brackets. Note that the name has a special character on the left and right for the swooshes. To retain those special characters, just highlight the text without those characters and type your desired name in its place.
2 - Load your printer with your compatible Avery return address labels and print. (You'll see the rest of the labels update with your information in the print preview.)
Save your files and use for a future graduation if desired!
