Personalize this invoice for your auto repair shop. Then, access, use, and print as needed. Edit the .doc file in Microsoft Word or Google Docs (a free on-line editor). You can make the included logo your own by changing the colors as desired and personalizing the text, or replace with your existing logo; all the text is editable; and invoice auto-calculates in Microsoft Word.
The process is simple:
1 - Open downloaded .doc file in Microsoft Word or upload to Google Docs (https://docs.google.com/document/u/0/)
2 - LOGO: Edit the included logo by changing the colors as desired and personalizing the text. Or, delete that table and add your existing logo in its place. CONTENT: Change, delete, or add to the information included in the invoice. CALCULATIONS: Invoice auto calculates in Microsoft Word. Enter the description of parts or service, the cost, and the hours/quantity. Copy and paste rows or delete them as needed. When done, press Ctrl and A to select everything, then F9, which will update all the amounts: the total cost column, the subtotal, the shop fee, tax, and the grand total. (Google Docs doesn’t support calculations.) INVOICE LETTERHEAD: Make your invoice as long as needed. Invoice letterhead repeats on subsequent pages.
3 - Save your personalized invoice and access and use as needed. Invoice will look great using your standard, basic printer.

If you purchase a PDF template, access lasts forever.
