The process is simple!

1 - Download the PDF to your desktop and open in Acrobat Reader, which is a free program most likely already on your computer. (If not, a free copy is available from Adobe: https://get.adobe.com/reader/)

2 - Click in a highlighted area, delete the existing text and type your own. To change any font attributes, select the text you'd like to format, and press Ctrl + E (or ⌘ + E on Macs), and a formatting menu will appear. Watch the rest of the page auto-fill.

3 - Save your file, and you're ready for printing on full-page sticker paper (to cut with a 2" round hole puncher) or compatible Avery sticker paper. Select "Actual Size" within the "Page Size and Handling" section of Reader's print dialogue, and choose "Document" from the "Comments and Forms" dropdown. Use as needed year after year!
