I am revising my review because of the helpfulness of the owner. When my product was delivered, Rob wrote in his email to let him know if I needed my purchase personalized. I could not use the product as is but did not reach out to Rob because I was in a hurry and it was just quicker to make a template myself. That is not the shop’s fault and even though the product was not what I needed, Rob was willing to customize it for me so his shop deserves 5 stars.
