The process is simple!

1 - Open downloaded PDF in Acrobat Reader, which is a free program most likely already on your computer. (If not, a free copy is available from Adobe: https://get.adobe.com/reader/)

2 - Click directly into a highlighted area and type or copy and paste your content. The font swooshes are actually the { and } characters if you inadvertently delete one. To change font attributes of the address (not the name, which automatically resizes based on length), select the text and press Ctrl and E (Mac: ⌘ and E), which will bring up a formatting menu. Once the page is full, save as a new file, and print on your labels. (IMPORTANT: Be sure to select "Actual Size" from the "Page Size and Handling" section of Reader's print dialogue.)

3 - Repeat the process for another batch. Once finished, keep your saved files and use them every occasion year after year, making address updates as needed!
